While every effort has been made to avoid cross-contamination of our foods, our products are all stored and packaged in our Cape Town nut factory. Products may contain traces of various allergens such as nuts, soy, gluten, and lactose.

While every effort is made to provide you with a quality health product, because our range has very minimal processing and are hand sorted there is a 0.01% chance of finding tiny pieces of stems, stalks, stones, or pip pieces in the packaging of items such as pitted fruit and raisins, as we as all ground produce.

Please store all products in airtight containers in a cool area, to avoid incidents were moths or weevils may germinate.

Raw kidney beans contain a high amount of phytohemagglutinin, which makes them much more toxic than other types of beans if not soaked and cooked properly.  Kidney beans need to be soaked overnight and boiled for at least 10 minutes to kill toxins.
