Our policy is to supply as close to natural and the freshest products to support a healthy lifestyle. Some of our products do have additional ingredients, which are detailed on each product page in our online shop.

We always support local where we can. We have a wide range of locally sourced products, which are detailed on the specific category page. We dry roast all our nuts ourselves, in our factory. All our Nut Butters are 100% natural and are manufactured by Nutti’licious. We also mix our Museli and Granola in our factory.

You are welcome to pop in at our Factory Shop in Cape Town to either collect or place your order. We sell our products through our Online Store and Cape Town Factory Shop. You are welcome to visit our Factory Shop to either purchase products or to collect your order placed online. We do not sell any products off the shelf at our Factory Shop, products are FRESH and packaged on order.

You can manually create an account; however, if you place an order for the first time an account gets created for you automatically. 

You will be prompted to make payment by the following methods:

• Credit Card – Visa and Mastercard payments are securely processed via a gateway to Snapscan or Payfast
• Bank Transfer – You will be directed to your bank via a secure gateway to process an instant and secure bank transfer
• Discounts – You will be asked to enter the promo code you have received either via email or on social media advertising before payment. Entering this promo code will deduct the discounted amount off your total order before payment is processed.

You will receive an email notification of your order to the email provided.  The notification will confirm that a payment was made to SNACKIT.  This is our sister company who own the payment gateways.

Please ensure you use the correct address on your order.  If nobody is at home to receive the order when it arrives, the courier will attempt delivery the following day. If this attempt is unsuccessful, your order will be taken back to our factory and we will call you to advise that you can collect the order from our warehouse.

You will not be able to order the item through the website if the product is out of stock. 

Any damages or breakages of goods within transit from our premises to your address specified, will only be refunded upon proof of breakage, this is done via photograph and sending us an email or not accepting delivery of the damaged parcel. In order for your refund to be accepted you need to provide us with proof within 24 hours of receiving your goods. Thereafter we will not be held liable for any damage/breakages of your goods.
