Payment Options:

You will be prompted to make payment by the following methods:

1. Credit Card – Visa and Mastercard payments are securely processed via Snapscan or Payfast
2. Bank Transfer – You will be directed to your bank to process and instant and ecure bank transfer
3. Discounts – You will be asked to enter the promo code you have received either via email or on social media advertising before payment. Entering this promo code will deduct the discounted amount off your total order before payment is processed.

Delivery Terms:

1. A Delivery fee. A flat fee of R80.00 for each order placed, as delivery is done via a 3rd party courier service nationwide.
2. Free Delivery. All orders over R650.00 and more will receive free delivery nationwide.
3. Orders will be delivered to the destination provided upon check out. We do NOT do POSTAL deliveries.
4. Delivery times. Delivery will take 3 – 7 working days if all items are in stock. There will only be a delay in your order if items still need to be produced, you will be informed via email of the delay and estimated delivery timeline. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide us with the correct email address.
5. International Shipment. We currently do not ship internationally.
6. Product refunds. We regret to offer refunds on any products purchased from our online store.
7. Damaged products. Any damages or breakages of goods within transit from our premises to your address specified, will only be refunded upon proof of breakage, this is done via photograph and sending us an email or not accepting delivery of the damaged parcel. In order for your refund to be accepted you need to provide us with proof within 24 hours of receiving your goods. Thereafter we will not be held liable for any damage/breakages of your goods.
