Our quality Couscous is locally sourced. It has a light, neutral flavor which has a slightly nutty taste because it is made with wheat flour and semolina. While couscous appears to be a grain, it is actually a pasta made from durum wheat semolina flour and water.

Usage tips

Simply pour boiling water over dried couscous and allow it to sit for 5-15 minutes. Couscous is a incredible food as it can be used in almost anything. Due to the nature of couscous, you can use it in almost every Mediterranean dish. Otherwise, add it to a salad or soups to thicken.
